BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Here are some ways to escape the cold with your valentine or your whole family around Western New York this weekend.
- The Buffalo Auto Show is a fun February tradition at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center. There are more than 300 new cars on display this year.
The show runs through Sunday, and they have valet parking available.
- They’re still going strong after 25 years! The Blue Man Group’s anniversary tour rolls through Shea’s once again this weekend. It’s part comedy show, part rock concert, and dance party. There are shows through Sunday afternoon. Tickets are still for sale at the box office.
- It’s a Valentine’s Day tradition at the Bills field house in Orchard Park. Hunter’s Day of Hope and Prayer is a celebration of children and family, with games, food, and entertainment. Jim and Jill Kelly host the free event every year in honor of their son Hunter, who shared a Valentine’s Day birthday with his dad. It’s at the ADPRO Sports Training Center from 1 to 4pm Saturday.
- On Sunday, the Sabres are hosting a kids day celebration of their own during their game. The first 5,000 fans through the gates at First Niagara Center will get a sheet of Sabres Valentine’s Day cards. Puck Drop is at 12:30 against Colorado.
