Family’s lawyer speaks out after Buffalo State student dies

Buffalo (WIVB) –

Buffalo (WIVB) – Buffalo Police continue their investigation into the death of 21-year-old Buffalo State College senior, Bradley Doyley.

At a vigil held Sunday night, the family’s lawyer, John Elmore spoke of the family’s love and affection for Doyley.

Elmore says, “Their son came up her to get educated. And unfortunately his life ended in a tragic death.”

Buffalo police have confirmed that an investigation is under way and Elmore says, the family will do “what we can to assist the Buffalo Police.”

“If there is a civil suit merited, I will and my partner, will file a lawsuit on the family’s behalf,” Elmore told News 4.
