Man killed in farm accident in Chautauqua County

Gerry, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man, 18, is dead after a farm accident, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies were called to 28th Creek Road about 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

They arrived at a farm there, and found an overturned tractor, along with Alan Harding, 18, of 28th Creek Road. He died at the scene.

There are no charges, after police determined this to be a farm accident.
