BPD locates missing girl with public help

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A missing 11-year-old has been located after a hunt in the City of Buffalo.

Officers say they searched for Quanshaya Magby, a 5’2″ tall, 120 pound girl, who was last seen wearing a blue winter coat with fur around the collar, khaki pants and blue, pink and white Nike sneakers.

Magby originally went missing from her home on Gilbert Street on Buffalo’s east side, but has since been located safely.

Police thanked the public for their help.
