Shea’s Perming Arts Center reveals upcoming shows, including Finding Neverland

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A host of popular shows will take the stage in Buffalo in the 2016-2017 Broadway season at Shea’s Performing Arts Center.

Shea’s President Anthony Conte said with the support of sponsors and those who visited Shea’s shows last year, they’re bringing their first major national tour to the Buffalo Niagara region.

The impressive set of shows kicks off with Finding Neverland, which starts its national journey in Buffalo. See all of the shows and their run times below.

Finding Neverland kicks off the Broadway tour, running from Oct. 11 through Oct. 16.

STOMP jumps onto the stage from Oct. 28 through Oct. 30.

An American In Paris follows, running from Nov. 8 through Nov. 13.

A Christmas Story, The Musical, encapsulates the holiday season from Dec. 13 through Dec. 18.

42nd Street brings to life an award winning novel from Jan. 20 through Jan 22.

A Gentlemen’s Guide to Love & Murder continues the season from Feb. 16 through Feb. 22 in 2017.

The Sound of Music’s newest production marches on from March 28 through April 2.

Cabaret runs from April 25 through April 30.

Wicked brings the Land of Oz to Buffalo from May 17 through June 4.

Disney’s The Little Mermaid swims to the stage from Aug. 15 through Aug. 20.
