BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An announcement from Whole Foods could mean good news for SolarCity.

Whole Foods plans to install rooftop solar panels at up to 100 locations.

The organic grocery chain is partnering with NRG Energy and billionaire Elon Musk’s SolarCity.

They’ll start installing the panels in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey this Spring.
