Risk of salmonella contamination leads to massive pistachio recall

LOST HILLS, Calif. (WIVB) — A select number of Wonderful, Paramount Farms and Trader Joe’s pistachios have been recalled due to health concerns.

Health officials say the pistachios may have been contaminated with salmonella.

The products vary in type and flavor and are mostly under the Wonderful brand.

Trader Joe’s says no reports of sickness related to their brand of nuts have come in.

Anyone who bought the recalled Trader Joe’s pistachios can return them to the store for a full refund and any one who bought Wonderful pistachios can send them back to this address for a refund:
