Buffalo man out on bail tries to dispose of crack cocaine in officer’s car

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — After being released on bail following three recent felony drug arrests, including one for allegedly possessing $42,000 in crack cocaine, a Buffalo man was arrested again.

Deputies with the Erie County Sheriff’s Office stopped Quentin Hill, 38, on South Park Ave. Monday afternoon. They say he committed a number of vehicle and traffic violations.

After speaking with Hill, authorities say they found out he was driving without a license.

Once officers placed Hill in a patrol vehicle, they say he then tried to get rid of 10 grams of crack cocaine in the back seat. Deputies say they discovered additional crack cocaine in his possession during processing.

Hill was charged with felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession with intent to sell and attempting to conceal evidence.

He is being held in the Erie County Holding Center, pending arraignment.
