Police: Silver Creek man found with meth, paraphernalia in Dunkirk

DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) — Dunkirk Police say they found a Silver Creek man in possession of methamphetamine as well as drug paraphernalia during an early morning traffic stop on Brigham Road.

Shortly after 12:30 a.m., police stopped Mark Massey, 28, after they say he failed to properly signal a turn. During the stop, police say they discovered meth, along with a smoking pipe and drug packaging materials.

Massey was jailed in Dunkirk without bail and faces several charges including criminal possession of a controlled substance.
