Plane diverted to Buffalo airport after smoke seen in cockpit

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Smoke in the cockpit of a plane diverted the aircraft to the Buffalo Niagara International Airport this morning.

The plane had been going from Chicago to Boston when trouble occurred.

After making an emergency landing at the Buffalo airport, all passengers on the flight were declared to be safe.
