4-year-old found wandering the street, looking for family after waking up to empty house

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Youngstown mother said she left her child with a juvenile but when that person left for school, her 4-year-old was left home alone.

Te’Erai Gordon, 22, is facing child endangering charges after police found her 4-year-old son wandering the streets near his North Brockway Street home.

The child said he woke up Wednesday morning and no one was home. The child was found about 10 a.m.

When Gordon arrived at the house, she told police that she left the child with a family member who left to go to school.
