Allegany County men charged in relation to multiple burglaries

SCIO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two Allegany County men have been charged with multiple burglaries in the towns of Scio and Wirt.

New York State Police charged Justin Learn, 19, and Ryan Mitchell, 24, with four counts each of second-degree burglary and one count each of third-degree burglary.

Both were jailed in Allegany County on $50,000 bail each.

Although the alleged burglars have been caught, State Police are still looking for the stolen items.
