Sheriff: Colden man found with felony amount of hallucinogenic mushrooms

COLDEN, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Colden man was found with a felony quantity of hallucinogenic mushrooms and drug paraphernalia, according to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies executed a search warrant at the Hayes Hollow Rd. home of Daniel Brace, 31, where they say they found the mushrooms as well as drug paraphernalia.

The search follows an investigation that began in late 2015.

Brace was charged with felony criminal possession of a hallucinogen and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
