Niagara Falls man accused of sexually assaulting child

TOWN OF NIAGARA, N.Y.  (WIVB) — A Niagara Falls man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a child in the Town of Niagara, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.

45-year-old Christopher P. Gordon was arrested on Friday in the Town of Lockport at 6 p.m. Gordon was charged with sexual abuse, criminal sex act on a victim under the age of 13 and two counts of criminal sex act by forcible compulsion.

Gordon was committed to jail with bail set at $25,000. His next court date is set for today at 2 p.m. in the Town of Niagara Court.
