Sheriff: Meth lab busted in Chautauqua County, 1 arrested

SINCLAIRVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) — Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies and members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force say they busted a meth lab in Sinclairville.

On June 29, law enforcement officers responded to a complaint and decided to check out a suspicious situation on Charlotte Hill Rd.

Inside the building, deputies say they found items used to make methamphetamine and a working meth lab.

After they say they figured out who the items belonged to, deputies sought to arrest Jonah Warner, 24, later charging him with third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine.

After arraignment, Warner was jailed on $20,000 bail, pending further court action.

Deputies say that after additional evidence is processed at a crime lab, they intend to bring more charges against Warner. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
