JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police in Jamestown say they located 100 bags of heroin and various pieces of drug paraphernalia at a home on Forest Ave.

While executing a search warrant on Tuesday afternoon, police say they arrested 38-year-old Cesar Soto.

Along with the alleged heroin, police say they found suboxone, a digital scale and packaging material in Soto’s possession.

Soto was subsequently jailed and now faces third and seventh-degree charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and three counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
