Robert Raczka, 60, drove past a stop sign on Creek Rd. and went off the west side of Blairville Rd. shortly before 5 a.m. Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies say his vehicle then went through a ditch and a chain link fence before narrowly missing a storage facility.
