Tonawanda men accused of July robbery arrested again on same charges

WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two City of Tonawanda residents have been arrested again on robbery charges after being accused of the same crime just two weeks ago.

On July 19, Town of Tonawanda Police accused Ryan Collins, 22, and Eric Lockwood, 30, of robbing an Evans Bank branch on Niagara Falls Boulevard. They were subsequently charged with first and second-degree robbery.

On Tuesday, police in West Seneca announced even more charges against the two, again accusing them of robbery.

Police say Collins and Lockwood robbed the West Seneca Key Bank on Orchard Park Rd. on July 14. West Seneca Police worked with officers in the Tonawandas to make the second arrests. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
