BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — After 51-year-old Charles Wyatt was fatally shot earlier this month, police have arrested the man they say killed him.
Marco Sweat, 35, a Buffalo resident, was charged with second-degree murder after police accused him of killing Wyatt on E. Delavan Ave.
Despite the accusation, Sweat remains innocent after pleading ‘not guilty’ in court. He is being held in custody without bail.
The Buffalo man will reappear in court on Thursday.
