If you’re not familiar with Buffalo “City-bration,” It’s where Buffalo ex-pats now living in the nations capital celebrate all things Buffalo at the Dirksen Senate Building.

There are a lot of ex-pats. Almost 900 are expected to show up.
Of course beer and wings will be served, during this tradition that’s been going on there for more than 20 years.
This year Buffy, is the celebrity guest and will serve as a symbol of the city’s resurgence. Leaders say they’ll remind those attending that Buffalo will always be their home.

Marti Gorman, Executive Director of Buffalo City-bration said, “We already know they want to come home, but let’s remind them of why. Lets remind them Buffalo has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the nation right now, that it really is a wonderful place to live. Let’s give them every single reason to look to Buffalo for the next step in their professional lives.. And they gather and they celebrate everything Buffalo. It’s the biggest, and best ex-pat party in the U.S.”
