Woman involved in Tonawanda suspicious incident located

TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) – Town of Tonawanda Police were investigating a suspicious incident at the Kwik Fill at 2255 Military Road Saturday.

Police told News 4 a woman may have been abducted and they wanted to make sure she was okay.

According to authorities, the woman was approached by a man at the gas station at 11:20 a.m. on Saturday and an argument took place.

Witnesses told police a driver in a silver or grey Kia Sedona pulled up during the argument. The woman and the man began to fight. The woman was reportedly forced into the vehicle.

According to police, the man also got into the vehicle with the woman and the unknown driver.

The 21 year-old woman involved in the incident reported to the front desk of the Town of Tonawanda Police Dept. Sunday afternoon. Police say her well-being was verified and she reported that she is in no danger.The female reported the incident as a verbal domestic related matter.
