Niagara Falls rollover crash causes power outages


NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — Hundreds were without power after a truck crashed into a utility pole Wednesday night.

The crash happened at Military Road and Packard Road near the Fashion Outlets around 9:30 p.m. A truck apparently rolled over and cracked a utility pole at the intersection.

According to National Grid, nearly 450 customers lost power in the area. Crews on scene say one other vehicle was involved in the crash.
