Buffalo police investigate 2 overnight shootings


BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police reported two overnight shootings in Buffalo before the start of the weekend.

The first shooting happened on Thursday around 11 p.m. Police went to a home after Shawn Meiller, 36, of Buffalo, was struck by gunfire.

The man has non-life threatening injuries.

Just after 2 a.m. Friday, another shooting happened on Forman St.

Buffalo resident Kareem Pryor, 26, was injured, but remains in stable condition. A silver car was shot a number of times.
