Lockport woman accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the elderly

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Lockport woman was charged after allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from an elderly relative.

In addition to this, Tammy Donelson, 39, was also accused of a theft in the Town of Wheatfield from June.

In that instance, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office says Donelson was employed as a healthcare aide at a residential facility. Deputies say she stole money from the room of an elderly resident.

Donelson was charged with both petit and grand larceny and will return to court on October 20.
