Niagara Falls crash victim identified

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 51-year-old man was killed in a vehicle crash on Niagara Falls Blvd. in Niagara Falls.

Niagara Falls resident Brian Lewis died at a local hospital after his vehicle collided with an eastbound vehicle driven by a 21-year-old Lockport man. The accident happened shortly before 7 a.m. Thursday.

The Lockport man’s vehicle hit Lewis’ vehicle’s side. He was also taken to a local hospital for evaluation.

The northbound lanes of the road were closed at 89th St.

The accident is under investigation.
