Kane case adjourned in contemplation of dismissal Monday

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Sabres winger Evander Kane received an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal (ACD) in relation to an incident at Bottoms Up in June.

Four people, including three women, filed complaints against Kane after the incident at the W. Chippewa St. bar. The women claimed that Kane harassed them, and the man, a bouncer, accused him of trespassing after asking him to leave the bar.
