BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Sabres winger Evander Kane received an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal (ACD) in relation to an incident at Bottoms Up in June.
Four people, including three women, filed complaints against Kane after the incident at the W. Chippewa St. bar. The women claimed that Kane harassed them, and the man, a bouncer, accused him of trespassing after asking him to leave the bar.
In July, Kane turned himself in to authorities and was charged with criminal trespassing and four non-criminal harassment charges.
Kane received the ACD on Monday. It was accepted pending Kane stays out of legal trouble for six months. No orders of protection were requested.
