NEW HUDSON, N.Y. (WIVB) — Not one, but two drivers were charged with DWI after an accident in Allegany County.

New York State Police and Cuba police responded to a report of a vehicle that left the scene of a property damage accident on Route 305 in New Hudson on Saturday.

Eventually, the suspected vehicle was tracked down and pulled over. The driver, Caneadea resident Skyler Hall, 22, was given sobriety tests, which he allegedly failed.

His passenger, Matthew Warren, 20, also of Caneadea, was determined to be the driver during the time of the collision, officials say.

According to Troopers, both men were more than twice over the legal limit for alcohol.

They will appear in separate court sessions next month.
