TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 61-year-old from the City of Tonawanda is accused of driving while three times over the legal limit for alcohol.

Tonawanda police stopped Nathan Haacker on Grove St. early Monday morning. Police say he gave them a hard time and refused to cooperate.

Haacker was taken into custody and given a breath test, where his blood alcohol content allegedly measured at 0.24 percent — three times the legal limit.

He was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI and disorderly conduct.
