Jamestown Police investigating homicide on South Main Street

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police in Jamestown are looking for witnesses who may have information on an early morning homicide.

Officers say shots were fired during a fight at 129 Main Street just after 4 a.m. 26 year-old Allan Burnett Jr., of Buffalo, died at the scene.

Twoo others were shot and treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Police believe multiple people witnessed the shooting. Anyone with information should contact Jamestown Police at 483-7537 or the anonymous tipline at 483-8477.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 to anyone with information leading to an arrest. They can be reached at 867-6161.
