SPCA raising money through radiothon

TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) — The SPCA serving Erie County is hosting the 13th annual radiothon on December 12th.  The calls started coming in around 6 a.m. Monday, people donating to the shelter to help fund medical care, neutering/spaying, food and supplies.

The radiothon is one of the SPCA’s biggest fundraisers.

They are asking people to become Angels for the Animals. Angels donate $15/month for an entire year – coming out to $180 for the year.

To donate, you can call 873-SPCA (7722) or text ‘Donation’ to 80077.

The total will be announced at 7 p.m.
