1 stabbed in University Heights neighborhood

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo Police are investigating a Wednesday night stabbing incident in the University Heights neighborhood.

Officers responded to the incident at Parkridge and Lisbon avenues, between Route 5 and Bailey Ave., after 8 p.m.

Detectives say a 25-year-old Buffalo man was stabbed during some type of dispute with another individual. The victim was transported to ECMC with injuries that “appear serious in nature.

No arrests have been made as of Thursday morning, and the victim’s injuries are not life-threatening, sources tell News 4.
