$25,000 reward offered for information about who shot Rochester police officer

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WIVB) – A total of $25,000 in reward money is being offered for information leading to arrest of the suspects who shot a Rochester police officer in the face on June 24.

$15,000 in reward money has offered through Crime Stoppers, through anonymous donors. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives is offering an additional $10,000 in reward money.

Officer Jeremy Nash was shot around 10:42 p.m. June 24 while driving northbound on North Street, between Alphonse Street and Bernard Street.

Anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual or individuals responsible may be eligible for the reward and are asked to contact Crimestoppers by phone at 585-423-9300 or 911, by text to CRIMES (274637) key word SAFETIP, online through http://www.tipsubmit.com, or to ATF at 888-ATF-TIPS.
