Arrests at Third Eye Blind concert at Darien Lake

DARIEN CENTER, N.Y. (WIVB) – Several people were arrested by Genesee County Sheriff’s deputies at Thursday’s Third Eye Blind concert at Darien Lake.

Robin S. Bascus, 26, of Bronx, was arrested for third degree criminal trespass after allegedly entering Darien Lake property after having been ejected from the property on June 25 and asked not to return.

Bascus was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $250 bail.

The following were issued appearance tickets for Darien Court 4 p.m. July 18.

  • A 19-year-old woman from Pavilion was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
  • A 19-year-old from Akron was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
  • A 25-year-old Geneseo man was charged with third degree assault after allegedly punching a Live Nation  Security officer in the face, causing injury.
