Man pleads guilty to killing friend in Elma

ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) — An East Aurora man has pleaded guilty to Second-Degree Manslaughter.

Prosecutors say this past November, Jake Klocek, 20, recklessly caused the death of Anthony King, 19, in Elma. King was shot, prosecutors say.

Klocek was also charged with criminal possession of a firearm.

At the time of the shooting, Klocek was 19.

He could spend a maximum indeterminate sentence of 5-15 years in jail when sentenced on Sept. 28. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
