New bill bans e-cigarettes from school grounds, school buses

ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) – A new bill signed Tuesday by Gov. Andrew Cuomo bans e-cigarettes from all private and public school grounds in New York.

The bill also bans e-cigarettes from school buses.

According to the state health department, more than 20 percent of all high school students used e-cigs last year in New York.
