Crews begin turning Buffalo warehouse into apartment complex

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Work is underway to transform a warehouse on Swan St. in Buffalo into new apartments.

City leaders helped kick off the project Wednesday afternoon.

The former Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company warehouse was built in 1910.
