E-cigarettes banned where regular cigarettes are banned in NY

ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) — You are now not allowed to vape anywhere you’re not allowed to smoke in New York State.

Gov. Cuomo signed a bill that adds electronic cigarettes to the Clean Indoor Air Act. That means e-cigarettes are now banned in any place in which smoking tobacco products are banned.

E-cigarettes were banned on all public and private school grounds back in July.
