Tonawanda City Parks vehicle breaks through ice while plowing skating area

TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Tonawanda City Parks vehicle broke through the ice Friday afternoon while plowing the Ives Pond skating area off of Delaware Street.

The parks employee was not injured, and there were no other injuries reported.
